Format apparel company designs and produces ready-to-wear fashion and sells through its own network of premium street-level retail shops. Fierce competition required them to develop a strategy for increasing their differentiation in subtle, but meaningful ways.
We applied the ABLINK process to develop founding principles (corporate core values, mission and positioning statements), as well as a strategic brand idea. Together, they form a platform informing all verbal, visual, and behavioral expressions across the company internally, and externally through the retail experience.
