Background and Challenges
The client aimed to carve out a new category in the gym and fitness center market and needed a brand to support their business objective.
We were invited to “design a logo” for a fitness club. ABLINK thinks big about branding, so we advised the client to let the brand inform an entire experience. We closely collaborated group8asia architects on interior design.
We commissioned Nielsen to get insights from women towards fitness. The resulting brand and interior is fresh, approachable, and energizing for men and women. ABLINK designed every touchpoint, including uniforms, signage, stationery, area naming, digital, and recommended the reception panorama video wall.
Fusion Bodyworks pre-sold memberships exceeding expectations due to the dynamic and attractive branding featured across the print and digital sales collaterals we created. [The club was sold in 2017 to the market leader by the owners who wanted to pursue other interests.]
