Background and Challenges
Two full years into its operation, HATCH! again set out to host the annualized HATCH! FAIR, to lay a foundation for institutionalizing the event as a leading startup event for Vietnam and the region.
The end of the year is event season, and sponsors fatigue of requests for participation.
We used photography from HATCH! FAIR 2013 to develop montage imagery to communicate that the event is big, well-attended, and worth the effort to visit for its educational, networking, and media value. By sharing the previous years metrics, the 2014 event brand graphics and publicity story was immediately compelling.
Once again, HATCH! doubled participation, conference attendees. Standing-room only public attendance measured against KPI plans prove our campaing worked. Sponsors have asked HATCH! to collaborate on dozens more events, and to bring HATCH! FAIR to Ho Chi Minh City in 2015.
