Background and Challenges
TOTO Vietnam was established in 2002, and had a firm following but TOTO's website was bloated with content that was not navigable. It needed reengineering so in 3-clicks one could find one product out of thousands.
We took a blue-sky approach and re-designed the UX. Using our drop down menu system, most products can now be found within two clicks.
The system we created became the template for TOTO’s global websites.
