Background and Challenges
TOTO Vietnam was established in 2002, and had a firm following but TOTO's website was bloated with content that was not navigable. It needed reengineering to help lookers find one product out of thousands with no more than three clicks.
Solution
We took a blue-sky approach to re-design the UX. Using a drop down menu system, most products can now be found within two clicks.
Results
The system we created became a template for TOTO’s global websites.
