Background and Challenges
TOTO Vietnam Company was established in 2002, and had a firm following. Many customers look online to compare brands and products; by this time TOTO's website was bloated with content that was not navigable.
TOTO needed a new site, based on a modern Content Management System, and a more navigable way to find a product amongst 1000s of skews. Our challenge was to be able to reach any product in 3 clicks.
We took a blue-sky approach and re-designed the user experience and user interface from the point of view of the users to help them find any product and compare, all within three clicks from the homepage. Using our drop down menu system, most products can be found within two clicks.
The TOTO Vietnam catalog website we commissioned based on provided database was considered a benchmark template for TOTO’s global website standard.
